Expectation of the UGC/Areas of interest:
- Improve interaction between users and UGC particularly in Southern Africa
- Share issues and experiences with other Operators and speak with a common voice to Intec particularly regarding Migrations to ICT 7.1.
- Share experiences and study future Interconnect trends such as Content billing & VOIP.
- Support Intec in identifying future Billing Requirements and Influence the priorities for the next generation of Interconnect products
