We are currently looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to work with our Central & Latin American pre sales team specializing in Intec’s Convergent Billing & Customer Management suite of products.
Based in our Atlanta office, this is a key CALA pre-sales position offering an exceptional opportunity to work with an elite team of highly skilled professionals in a global environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and present technical architecture and product design solutions to customer.
- Provide business template solution, benefit and value-based benefits of the company, product, people and process.
- Advise and educate sales and pre-sales teams on industry trends, developments and complementary technology that will integrate with Intec product offerings to provide a comprehensive solution to client business requirements.
- Provides leadership in terms of industry and/or product knowledge in the Sales organization and works to build external awareness of Intec’s software products and services.
- Identify and communicate market requirements to product management teams.
- Extensive travel, primarily within South America
We are looking for:
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent post-secondary education), preferably with a technical focus.
- 6+ years of solution experience, with a background that includes business support systems and the telecom industry.
- Software development, professional services, and/or sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Billing, Rating and CRM solutions preferred
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills an advantage
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
