Responsibilities
Provide presales support – customer presentations, cost estimates, contract definition and negotiation;
- Ensure that implementation bids are feasible and delivery competitive;
- Ensure that the bid is technically sound;
- Demonstrate strong leadership, team management and interpersonal skills;
- Manage the customer interface at both the commercial and technical levels in conjunction with the Account Manager;
- Deliver the project to time, budget and quality – always seeking to deliver beyond expectation;
- Ensure that all internal and external project communication is maintained and effective;
- Administer the project appropriately and professionally according to Intec standards;
- Ensure that the relevant project processes are engaged at appropriate stages of the project life cycle;
- To plan, monitor and control the project, its change, issues and risks;
- Managed further customer sales opportunities with the Sales and Account Management teams;
- To travel and work with the many diverse cultures throughout EMEA.
Skill Set and Experience:
- Experienced project manager (min. 4 years) in customer management projects;
- Strong Telco background (min. 3 years);
- Strong interpersonal skills in terms of both oral and written communication with the customer and project teams;
- Ability to identify and manage risks;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Good analytical and problem management skills;
- Strong commercial awareness for contract and financial management;
- Third Party management;
- Familiarity with popular Project Management Methodologies and Project Quality Management;
- Strong organisational skills;
- Strong negotiation skills.

Other Considerations:
- Willingness to work onsite in Nigeria for at least 25% of the time;
- In addition to travel to Nigeria, willingness to travel to other project locations for a further 25% of the time.
