Profile
Garth Kerr joined Intec as Group Legal Director in 2000.
Previously he held positions as legal adviser to the Metso Corporation, an international technology corporation with business operations in over 50 countries, and more than 26,000 employees, and Lloyd’s Register Group, a global independent risk management and safety assurance organisation. He is a qualified attorney and holds a B.Soc.Sc and a LLB degree.
As Group Legal Director and Company Secretary he is responsible for all of Intec’s global legal and company secretarial matters.
